Our lemon velvet is a spin on my grandmother’s lemon cake, which we enjoyed after church on Sundays. We changed it a bit and added a third layer of cake! This beauty is made with fresh lemon juice and zest. Layers come together with lemon curd then we top this cake with the most delicious, lemon cream cheese frosting that we could create! Carson Daly and Savannah Guthrie of The Today Show raved about this cake and we would be delighted to bake it for you and your family. Whole cakes are 8" 2-layers and must be ordered 48 hours in advance. No writing or decorations allowed on cakes placed online.
